FAQ
How does the booking process work?
When you click the "Book Now" button above you'll jump to our booking page where you can see all of the available sessions, dates, and times.
From there you'll reserve your spot and it's as easy as that! After you book we'll triple confirm all of the details with you and your photographer and then send your contract + invoice so you can complete the booking process and confirm your session.
When is our session fee due?
A 50% retainer is due when booking your session and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before your session date.
*If your session date is within 30 days from the booking date 100% of the session fee will be due at time of booking.
What if we have to reschedule our session?
Because the retainer reserves your specific date + time it is nonrefundable, however, we know that life is unpredictable (especially with kids!) so your retainer is 100% transferrable to a different date if we have to reschedule for any reason.
